Please note the Committee of Management has the right under Victorian law to reject applications for functions predominantly attended by persons aged 22 years and under unless certain strict criteria are met. How do you book?

Ring our Booking Service on 9020 5107. Leave your inquiry to see when the hall is available and our Booking Officer will return your call.

If the date is available, the Booking Officer will email an on-line application form for you to complete. Once that is reviewed and accepted, an email will be sent to you confirming the booking once all fees are received.

Note that until the bond and hire fee are received, the Hall is not booked!

Also note that no booking will be accepted less than ten (10) working days before the event date.

Repayment of bond moneys due will be made  within 10 working days of the function.
