Please note the Committee of Management has the right under Victorian law to reject applications for functions predominantly attended by persons aged 22 years and under unless certain strict criteria are met. How do you book?
Ring our Booking Service on 9539 3596. Leave your inquiry to see when the hall is available and our Booking Agent will return your call.
If the hire date is available, you will be sent a confirmation of your desired date, plus application form and conditions of hire. You can also download forms from this website via the link below.
Return your " Application to Hire" form, a signed 'Conditions of Hire' form and the bond to:
Harkaway Hall Committee
PO Box 9000
HARKAWAY 3806.
Note that until the bond is received, the Hall is not booked. All remaining fees are payable ten (10) working days prior to the function.
Also note that no booking will be accepted less than ten (10) working days before the event date.
Repayment of bond moneys due will be made within 10 working days of the function.
